All orders ship within 3 business days, when in stock.

Shipping & Handling For x1 DVD to the below destinations:

• UK = £4.00
• Europe = £7.60 *
• ROW = £9.80 *

Shipping & Handling For Multiple DVD orders, to the below destinations (Max 15 DVDs per order):

• UK = £4.00 plus £1.50 per additional DVD
• Europe = £7.60 plus £1.50 per additional DVD *
• ROW = £9.80 plus £2.00 per additional DVD *

* Customer will be responsible for any duty, customs or VAT charges.

Allow 5-7 business days for delivery via Royal Mail FIRST CLASS ("Recorded Signed For"), for all UK based orders. 

Allow 7-14 business days for delivery via Royal Mail AIRMAIL ("International Signed For"), for all orders to Europe and Rest Of World (ROW).

LARGER ORDER QUANTITIES SHIPPING & HANDLING

RETURN POLICY

At Being Dad every dispatched item is checked and packaged with care. However, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us at beingdad@googlemail.com to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging in tact and receipt included.

Being Dad will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Shipping cost will not be included in refund.
